PCOS meal ideas

A PCOS diet chart built around Pakistani home food

Meal ideas from roti, daal, sabzi and dahi, and a personal plan built from your reports with Dietitian Sadia Ahmad (MPhil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics). Dietitian services only, not medical treatment.

  • Desi meal ideas, no imported superfoods
  • Plan built from your reports and routine
  • Women-only, confidential consultations

Why generic charts often do not help

A chart written for a general reader may ask for foods that are expensive or hard to find, and it does not look at your reports or routine.

Diet can support PCOS care for many women. It works best alongside your doctor's advice, and a plan is built around you.

Example only. Your plan is adjusted to your reports, appetite and family meals.

  • Breakfast: 2 eggs (boiled or poached) with 1 small multigrain or bran roti, or oats, and unsweetened green tea.
  • Mid-morning: a small handful of almonds and walnuts with cucumber.
  • Lunch: daal or chicken salan with light oil, a fresh salad with lemon, and 1 small roti.
  • Evening: roasted chana and a glass of water.
  • Dinner: seasonal sabzi such as tinda, tori or palak, or grilled chicken, with a bowl of dahi.
